Dreams - Llanelli

The staff member asked if we knew exactly what we looking to purchase and too be honest we weren't sure which mattress would be best for our needs. We were led over to the sleep match machine which advised us on the best product. With this information the assistant took us through the range available and gave us plenty of information about the choice. We were also shown the range of bases and headboards available and we were highly impressed with the assistants knowledge on each product. We left the store very happy and impressed.

Just went in for a browse and the assistant pointed me to the beds that were on clearance because they were ex display.

The lady who served us was very friendly and helpful. She offered us a drink and used the sleep simulator to advise on the most suitable mattress. She then helped us look for one within our budget.

He was extremely knowledgeable of the company and was able to point us in the right direction. We would not have been able to make this purchase without his help and I left the shop feeling extremely pleased.
