Luke was extremely polite ,helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant , patient and attentive to our specific needs and queries .

Basically a smooth process - we needed a mattress abs Luke at the store got us exactly what we needed. No over the top sales pitch - probably the best shopping experience we have had for a long time

Luke was very helpful , listened, advice was helpful, polite staff 😁, and really helped me to make my decision of what was best for me, I am happy with my choice and grateful for the staffs help and coffee 😁 cant wait now for my delivery .

Very satisfied with my experience. I got analysed immediately when visiting the store which took a few minutes and then was shown to suitable mattresses to fry based on the results. Was given plenty of time to try them all and was not pushed to make a decision. Very helpful store staff at Llanelli trostre store

i was greeted on arrival by steve who was very helpful, he introduced me to sleepmatch which i thought was really good. he helped me to chose the mattress i was able lie down on it with a pillow, i also had a lovely cup of latte. i am highly satisfied

I was looking for a mattress and divan base for my son, which I explained to steve and he helped me find one that was within my budget, but even more important my son loved. And the mattress was in the sale!

Good prices. Really friendly assistants who did not pressure us so making it more likely that we would actually make a purchase. The assistants really took time to understand exactly what we were looking for and then recommended an appropriate product.

I was greeted and looked after by Steve in the Llanelli branch. Having just suddenly lost my husband it was the first time I had to make a big purchase on my own. Steve was so sympathetic, courteous and helpful and I felt totally at ease. He recommended the sleep match, and as I have had difficulty sleeping also recommended a TEMPUR pillow which he gave me to test out in store and I am so pleased that I purchased it. He offered me refreshments whilst he was processing the order and at no time did I feel under any pressure. I am so confident in his knowledge that I am looking forward to the delivery of my new mattresses. I think Steve should be offered an award and that your company is lucky to have him in your employment.
