Dreams - Llandudno

A salesman approached us after allowing us time to view a few beds to ask if we were ok. He added he’d be available should we need to know more about the product, and he was. We approached him with a couple of questions and he answered appropriately and left us to decide After taking a decision we approached him again and he took our order and dealt with everything very efficiently

We walked in and were allowed to browse for a few minutes before being asked if we needed help. We explained our problem of having our 3rd mattress with a middle hump and then advised on our best choices to make our selection from. It was a very informative meeting and we are feeling very confident we have now got the right mattress and will not need to replace this one in 3 years time. Thank you Rob and Dreams.

Apprehensive because I had a BIG ASK. I needed delivery of a bed in a week! Really I was highly satisfied as I received all the attention I could ask for and my bed is being delivered just in time. Thank you.

Greeted once we entered. Was asked what we needed and what the use would be. Was offered a drink. Overall I was very satisfied but felt staff could have helped a bit better with suggesting products.

I brought a bed and mattress in a sale, with extras I believed to be inclusive, free as an offer to tempt me to purchase it, which I did. However when I returned home and read my email I realised that I had actually paid for these items which I probably would not have chosen as a preference.

Dreams is not flexible at all, it just massive sales. Why? All beds frames got just certain colours and textures which are very limited. There is no way they can do smh what you like like for example you can pick up bed frame, headboard and everything in a colour you like on a different bed. Disapointing. .
