Dreams - Llandudno

Colleagues was very friendly and helped us decide what mattresses would be best for us and selected a few for us to choose from and within our budget which we was pleased with.

The staff member greeted us but then retreated to allow us time to review the beds on offer

Two visits to your store in Llandudno. Kevin sorted us out on both visits. Fantastic customer service. He knew his stuff and sorted us out a brilliant deal. Could not have been better.

For the reasons given

Has a visual impaired person i felt I was treated as a person finding your sales person was understanding and caring

The sales assistant was knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave us the space we needed when making a decision and made the purchase a very easy one. We were given items included in the price that was a great bonus.

We explained what we were looking for and we were shown the perfect product. Even though we went in not expecting to buy we came out with a purchase.

There was no pressure at all off Kevin who helped us. He would show us and leave us to discuss and decide.

Staff extremely pleasant and helpful - we were served by Rob who listened to what we needed and explained in detail to us what would suit our needs.

For all the answers I have just given . Kevin the sales assistant couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging especially as I am elderly and just been widowed . I felt as if I was a really valued customer.
