Dreams - Llandudno

The assistant listed to my questions and answered them quickly and satisfactorily. He let me try numerous products before deciding on what I required.

We’d been next door to another bed shop prior to Dreams. The customer service was excellent but something was niggling me. When we went to Dreams wr got a better vibe and am pleased with the purchase process. Looking forward to the arrival of the bed now.

Quick service, great deal, friendly staff.

Initially when we first walked into the store in LLandudno, we were left to look around for a short while, which we felt was the right thing to do. Then the salesman Kevin approached us and asked if we needed any help. What a salesman he was, very polite, very knowledgeable and very helpful. We explained what we were looking for initially, which was a mattress and he showed us around looking at different types, explaining what they were and the nature of the makeup of the mattresses. His knowledge and expertise in the matter gave us a sense of ease and contentment. It even spurred us to getting a bed base as well. In our opinion he should be rewarded for his excellent work.

Mike was very helpful and understanding. He is very knowledgeable and we will be recommending him to others.

Excellent, friendly service. The sleep master system is superb. The sales assistant was very efficient, showing us different examples of what mattress would suite us best from the results of the sleep master. We were offered refreshment, and made to feel very comfortable. The explanation of extra cover was offered, without pressure, and we felt confident in our decision to buy. We also received a free mattress cover, and bags to cover the old bed, for it to be taken away. The experience was efficient and took a lot less time than we had anticipated. Well done! A very happy customer.
