Dreams - Llandudno

We went to Dreams hoping to find a mattress and bedframe, we didn't really have a budget in mind and we didn't really know anything about what kind of mattress we wanted. Jordan was great at explaining what the Sleepmatch machine does and running us through what to do. He explained what the results meant and was highly knowledgeable about the different mattresses. We were really impressed by how quickly and easily he adapted to our feedback about the various mattresses we were trying, and we're sure he's helped us choose the perfect mattress for us! He then also helped us find the perfect bedframe with his colleague Rob. Everyone we spoke to in store was friendly and helpful and we would definitely return to this store in future. Jordan and Rob made our shopping experience stress-free and we're really grateful for their advice and guidance!

A friendly and knowledgeable assistant called Rob who have me plenty of time to make my mind up, made me a coffee, and was able to advise me and answer my questions.

This was our second visit in a matter of weeks. We didn’t think the care of the staff would be as good as they were different staff on the day we visited. We were extremely pleased as to how we were treated.
