We had no idea what type of bed or mattress we needed. The staff at the Llandudno store were so helpful they recommended using the machine and then from the results found the mattress we needed. They were so helpful and gave us lots of choices and were very good at explaining everything in detail. When it came to purchase and delivery the staff were patient and were not pushy at all.

We were shopping for a new mattress. We were welcomed into the store, and were offered assistance if we needed it .Which we did . We explained what we required, and more importantly what we definitely didn't want. Michael ,clearly knew what to show us and recommend to us . The mattress he took us to ,had only been put on display that morning, (obviously meant to be ) We were invited to try it out ,for as long as we wanted to .Offered us pillows to enhance the experience. All our questions were answered in a very respectful and helpful manner. We never felt under any pressure to purchase ,whatsoever. Offered us cup of tea or alternative drink whilst we finalised our purchase.Which we declined but was lovely to be asked . Both guys working (Sunday April 10th) were a delight. An easy ,quick hassle free ,satisfying purchase .Can't wait to receive our new mattress now .

Due to health problems and age we needed advice on the mattress best for us, we tried several and found the one suitable to us We are very pleased with the help we got, and the information we were given.

There was a very good range of beds, from budget to top range. I liked the way there was plenty of space around each bed so it wasn't overcrowded and you could look at it properly. Store was very clean, the assistant was very friendly and I'm happy with the fact I'm not having to wait long for the delivery.
