The sales assistant Kelly was very helpful and patient with us also was very knowledgeable on the mattress we purchased While taking our order we were offered water she was friendly and polite excellent customer service.

Left to walk round on my own first, then after a little while a lady came over and asked if she could help with anything. Told her my needs and she showed me the product. No hard sale. Was polite, her self and another member of staff asked if we wanted a bottle of water.

I went in to the liverpool store on a whim knowing full well I needed a new mattress but not knowing how and where from I was going to get one. The ‘sleep expert’ Elysia made the experience very calm for me, given that I suffer from severe anxiety and any situation where I have to converse with a store sales person sends me through the roof. She was very easy to approach and gave me an incredible deal on a mattress, delivery and removal and a new duvet. I was so shocked at the final price that I drove home in a daze that day. I have recommended you to my partner whom is currently looking for a double mattress for her new bed (if she can get the same deal I got them I will do that TODAY!) and my sub-lettee, whom is looking to upgrade from a single to a double. Thanks for making mattress shopping so simple and so incredibly affordable!

Staff came over right away, asked us our reasons for visit. Helped us, provides water and pillow as well as detailing how to pick a mattress effectively.

Very satisfied with the friendliness of staff, even offered us a hot drink which was appreciated. The computer crashed so payment couldn't be taken but we had a phone call within 15 minutes of leaving the shop, taking payment and setting a delivery date.

I visited twice was greeted by Dan and second visit by jenny both gave me time explained all the beds. but at no time they did not do the hard sell giving me time to choose ,from the information they gave me . just now looking forward to a good nights sleep thanks.

As soon as we stepped foot through the doors we were welcomed with a big warm friendly greeting, we got straight down to it and found our perfect bed. The staff couldn't of done a better job.

Jenny was very knowledgable and customer focused she offered my wife and I every assistance to choose the correct item we purchased whilst in the store we were offered a sting whilst being attended to
