Me and my wife sound the experience so friendly and we got lucky with the bed. It was what we imagined and the mattress tester we did in store got us the perfect mattress for us. Couldnt be happier.

We weren’t too sure what we were looking for but were immediately greeted by Elysia who took us to be sleep matched. Once we’d narrowed down our choices a bit we really liked on mattress that was a bit out of our price range. Elysia went to have a look in the back for us and found a really similar mattress that was in the sale for almost half the price! We were so grateful to her for going the extra mile to help us get exactly what we wanted whilst still keeping within our price range!

John B dealt with our order for a new bed and he couldn't have been more helpful if he tried! He was knowledgeable,helpful and very polite during our consultation.I had to return to the store the following morning to make an amendment and it was dealt with in a very professional manner.We will return when we need another purchase due to the service we received from John.

All of the staff were very friendly, we all had a good laugh. Kelly who served us was lovely, very helpful & knowledgeable and nothing seemed like too much trouble. She said she would keep a look out for an earlier delivery date becoming available as that was the only thing we were disappointed by

Amazing team, they spend time with my, they make me my own decision. They give the best bed and the best solution to pay by month without interest. Also I ha a maximum rate to spend and they show me the best beds on my rates. We can see they have experience with client will be satisficed.

My experience at Dreams was brilliant. Dan was extremely helpful during our visit. He took us through the 'journey' to find the right bed for us. Offered us drinks, was very knowledgeable about the products, asked if we needed any other products and created a package with the bed, mattress and pillows we wanted for a great price. We also got the extended warranty for the 'just in case' situations. Dan was great. I'll highly recommend this store and its staff to my friends and family.

The colleague who assisted me came over straight away to help and I had a body scan to see which bed suited me. He then left us alone so that we could discuss what we wanted, which was good. He offered us water and was helpful and friendly

Very friendly and whilst the product wasn't available to see we where showed the one closest to help make our decision.
