Great customer service from all staff present which makes a big difference these days and nice to see. Went out of their way and nothing any bother to them.

From the minute I walked in the shop I was greeted by a friendly assistant Elysia .she was very professional and knew what she was talking about .I chose my mattress and was happy with how quickly we closed the the sale and the delivery was prompt and I was updated along the way .thank you.

Linda was very helpful and enthusiastic about helping us find the perfect mattress for us. She took the time to remember our names and made the experience feel personal and pleasant.

Firstly the simulation system to analyse the mattresses is very impressive. Kelly showed us various suitable options around the show room and explained us very well. She understood our requirements accurately and helped us to take right decision. We are looking forward to have a nice and pleasant sleep on our new mattresses.
