Really friendly team instore. I found all team members in store really helpful and approachable. Staff went out of their way to help me and informed me of everything including additional items I might have needed for my new purchase. I already have most things but good to know I can go back if I even need additional products.

Jenni who helped us choose our new bed and mattress was truly amazing she took the time and had such patience which meant we chose the perfect mattress-can’t thank her enough

Great staff, they where super friendly and really new his stuff. After we found a bed we where interested in not only was he albe to give unls all the details he was also able to show the newer version too.

Staff were really helpful, I had a few questions about mattress weight on ottoman bed frames and the staff did their best to answer my long list of questions!

We were dealt with by Jenni at the Edge Lane store and she couldn’t have made things any easier for us. She listened to what we were looking for and gave us some really good advice. After trying the sleep master to see what was compatible with ourselves we went to have a look round. We had the chance to try various mattresses out and given plenty of time to do this. When we’d made our choices we were offered a drink while the order was put through for us which took no time at all. We need another bed for our eldest son and would not consider anywhere else, hope Jenni is in when we go!!!

The Dreams staff are friendly nice and helpful. Kelly made us feel comfortable we got what we needed when we needed it for.

upon walking into the building i was greeted by a member of staff and she answered all my questions i had, so i made a purchase after they made sure if was what i was looking for after going over the options and prices.

The ladie who welcomed us in our local store Linda was absolutely amazing from start to finish , I had had some really bad news and she cheered me up, my whole experience was so happy I was smiling all day and night, I was so happy with everything the store did, she has exceptional customer reaction skills, her manager wand other staff members were lovely too. You have got tally lovely people for your employees, if there was a reward for friendly people in work roles the Brit award would go to ur staff for my comfortable experience in ur shop 5 stars service and quality furniture at a fabulous fair price.
