Jenni was kind and apologetic. Store wasn’t too far so wasn’t too much of a problem to come back the next day. Jenni had the order ready to process as well as duvet, pillows and mattress protector as soon as I arrived in store. Great service and value for money

Jennifer our assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. my elderly Aunt has a lot of issues with mobility , and was very happy with the new bed that accesses a bed to suit the individual .My Aunt chose a bad on this information.

Salesman named Daniel was really helpful and efficient. After a chat and understanding our requirements, he made sure we had a superb choice and explained all we needed to know. He was so kind to do price comparisons for us, and welcomed us to ask questions. He noticed us struggling with metric measurements and was so patient and not at all frustrated even though time was passing. We completed the sale with a delicious cup of coffee.
