The assistant was just right for me and for my needs. She understood perfectly the challenges I was facing and didn't rush me but made me feel very comfortable. Her knowledge of products was amazing and she really helped me choose the best option for me. I was very impressed with Linda.

No hard sell asked correct requirements for needs. Not money oriented but customer budget. Did not feel pressed to buy there and then. Even though your discount ending on that day

The Easter bank holiday deals and the friendliness of the staff with our 3 young children. Debbie the store manager and her staff got them colours and drawings whilst mum and I shopped for a bed. Elysia helped us throughout the process
