I found the store to be very clean, able to sanitise hands when arriving and social distancing observed. The assistant who I dealt with was very professional and friendly and gave really good advice.

Care was given to listening to what we were after. There was zero ‘hard sell’ or pressure to upgrade our choice of product. Social distancing was well maintained and store and staff were great.

Brand new store, neat, shiny and clean with lots of parking and sanitising easily available. Very warm welcome from cheerful staff. Joshua was very personable, informative and clear in his dealings with us and completed the deal in no time though carefully explaining our rights and consumer protection. Clearly if Josh choses to remain in retailing I consider he will have a bright future. All the other staff were very friendly and appeared to be as pleased with the purchase as we were ! Buying a bed is an important transaction which the " Dream Team " made an absolute pleasure.

I visited the new Dreams store on Edge Lane Liverpool and was really happy with the customer service I received. Overall the layout and choice of products on offer was exceptional. The lady who served us was vey knowledgeable and friendly.

Heather who dealt with us was attentive and knowledgeable, and very patient with our inability to make a decision over two days, she deserves a medal for putting up with us!! We were offered the ability to try the beds after using the sleepmaster machine and found one to our liking.

Really friendly knowledgable assistant who did not pressure us but was sensitive to what we wanted.

Elylisa was very tentative and was not over pressuring took time to listen and answer my questions, was knowledgeable and took her time .

I was welcomed by Elysia in the Edge Lane store in Liverpool. She was so professional and knowledgeable, she guided me through the process of using the machine to gauge the best mattress for me. Then again through the store she was so good I bought 2 double mattresses. The whole process was a pleasure.

The staff were very friendly and had very good knowledge of the products considering the store had only been open 4 days. The store was clean and spacious. John took me through the sleep test process and I liked that there was space available to store my coat and bag during this. I liked being able to try all the mattresses as many times as needed and did not feel pressured into making a decision. There was a large range of products at different prices and I was able to find one to match my needs. Both John and Alyssia were really helpful throughout the ordering process.

Even though it was a newly opened store , the staff were very helpful and friendly.
