The man john who dealt with us was very efficient, friendly, knowledgable but not pshy, which is how we like to shop. We were satified with the item we purchased.

When we walked in looking for a new bed I didn’t realise how complex it would be. I really liked the way Heather listened to our needs and guided us to help with our requirements. I liked the machine that analysed our sleep etc. I thought she was so professional and knowledgable about your products. I’m excited to receive Mir new bed and the delivery will be quicker than when I expected it.

I was served by John at your edge lane branch I can honestly say he was so lovely & couldn’t do enough for me he gave me excellent customer service & informed me of everything I needed to know about the bed I was purchasing . He wasn’t at all In my face which can happen at times when purchasing goods he left me to decide what bed was best . The whole process was quick & simple which I was extremely happy about .

We were given time to look around not bothered until we asked for assistance. We were then given all the assistance required to choose our item . The sales assistant was very helpful . We had wanted a small double but only doubles on display .

The young lady who assisted us, Heather, was very helpful, courteous, polite and informative. The whole experience of coming into store to buy the bed was a pleasure. We were shown a selection of options with the advatages / disadvantages of the differences clearly explained allowing us to make a choice that suited us.
