We where greeted at the door and helped so very well to what we needed we explained we here looking for an extra bed for our granddaughter as we have just in the middle of doing one of our bedrooms up so all our granddaughters to share when they stay over she gave us a range of options an we settled on the bed in a box me we bought it then and there and we are so happy I have already past on my experience and the bed I bought to all my family and friends

Heather was friendly, easy to talk to and knew out needs of products. Second time getting a bed from Dreams and I doubt will be the last.

John was just fantastic with us, very helpful and nice and made the whole experience that could have been very stressful an absolute breeze! Would highly recommend him. Also elysia who helped was great, and lovely to talk to.

I was greeted by a very pleasant young man. I knew what I wanted and he showed me all the merchandise that suited what I was asking for which was ottoman beds needed for storage (as well as a comfortable nights sleep !!!!) Unfortunately due to my age I found it extremely difficult to handle lifting and setting down the ottoman. I was showed and allowed to experiment with the electronic ottoman which was wonderful with its ease of use. Unfortunately as I wanted two beds this was too far out of my price range. What I liked about the service I was receiving was that this young man listened attentively to what I was asking for, took into account my problems with the items I wanted and then showed me the perfect solution (still pricey !!!) but within my budget. I left the shop to think about it but it did not take me long to return back and order both the beds. He was extremely knowledgable about all the beds and explained the advantages of other beds I was looking at but I stayed with my original choice. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by him and he is definitely an asset to your company. The whole experience was painless and I did not feel at all pressurized to buy.
