Jenni greeted us at the Edge Lane Liverpool store on Sunday 18th July as soon as we walked in. She had exactly the right attitude with a balance of helpful, supportive and understanding. She understood I had a budget & she also understood & showed empathy due to my recent spine surgery and needs of chronic back pain when it comes to comfort and support. The technology when it came to analysing body type/support needs was really helpful also. Jeni's colleagues were also very helpful. Jeni ensured I offered a pillow to try the beds and offered us a drink and arranged the delivery of the new mattress & pick up of my old mattress on the same day which was a weight off my mind.

We were approached as soon as we went into the store explained what we wanted were shown what we wanted and asked for time to browse the stock, narrowed it down and asked and were given the answers, Ryan who told us he was in training was the young man who first approached us, he was given help at point of sale by a more senior salesman and was allowed to process the order, most impressed by the assistance we were given by both young men, First time for me in Dreams my daughter who was with me recommended Dreams after her purchase in one of your other stores, highly recommend.
