Friendly staff good choices

We just get in the store and a nice lady called Elysia ask if she can help,I showed her what we looking for so she was very helpful,even showed us few more mattresses on the same or similar price she was very kind and polite offer us a drink,couldn’t be happier with the service it was great experience so we made an order and it was easy quick and simple or she made it this way,as well the prices are not ridiculously expensive as in the last shop I was.

Dan was great at listening and understanding my situation with moving into a new build property and what I was looking for, he gave me numerous options to consider and made the purchase of the 2 beds for myself and my daughter so easy

Jenny was very helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about, in fact all the staff were very friendly. The whole process of buying a new bed and mattress was made very easy and even enjoyable, would definitely go back there.

The moment we entered the store Jenni looked after us and cared for our needs

Managed to reserve and arrange delivery for a new bed frame within half an hour. No pressure was put on us to reserve anything on our previous visit, and felt comfortable coming back and getting what we wanted.

FROM THE TIME OF ARRIVAL WAS ASK IF I REQUIRE HELP AND REPLIED THE I WAS JUST LOOKING,AND WAS LEFT TO LOK AROUND WITHOUT BEING BOTHERED WHEN I CHOSE WHAT I REQIURED THE ASSISTANT (KELLY) AND THE REST OF THE STAFF WERE REALY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY, WOULD RECCOMEND TO FRIENDS TO USE THIS STORE, WHICH IS WHY I GAVE DREAMS HIGHLY SATISFACTORY
