We were greeted with a happy and welcoming smile which was then followed with fantastic knowledge and support resulting in a quick and easy purchase.

The store assistant was amazing and worked hard to get me exactly what I needed. He was very friendly and accommodating.

the customer service i received at Dreams was second to none. friendly, approachable staff who understood my needs and went the extra mile to ensure i left their store satisfied with my purchase and the service i received.

From the minute we walked into the store we were given first class customer service. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We did not feel pressured or rushed into making a decision as to our purchase. A range of alternative mattresses were shown to us. We were given the opportunity to try them several times to compare before we made our final decision. This is the second purchase we have made from this store in the last 4 months and on bother occasions I have been highly impressed with the whole customer experience and journey. The staff arr excellent here.

The assistant on the day (the only male member of staff working in Edge Lane store, Sunday 1st August, while we were there - didn’t get his name) was incredibly friendly, without any pressure to purchase, and guided us through our first mattress purchase when we had no clue what we needed.

Was served by a lady called elyisa who was very knowledgeable and approachable. She showed us round the store took us to the sleep machine and offered us water. She was appropriate and kind.he understood our needs and suited us perfectly with the right pillow and mattress

Very friendly staff member. Didn’t feel under pressure. Left to consider options, before deciding. Impressed with sleep technology mattress to inform my choice.

John was extremely helpful and recognised our personal needs and situation andd went out of his way to ensure we got everything we needed and explained everything very well and made me feel valued and I walked out the store very happy knowing he was very genuine and tried to help us as much as he could
