We had a brilliant sales team (Jamie) who was absolutely lovely.

I went into the store not really knowing what I was looking for, James was so helpful from the minute we arrived. He found exactly what I wanted. He was so helpful and lovely even though I had arrived when shop was nearly closing.

Excellent service by John B. Helped us choose the mattress we wanted without any pressure. Used the sleep match machine, very impressed. Loved the way we had our own pillows to try the mattress !! Felt very safe in the store with Covid restrictions. Loads of space to move around the store without being in other peoples way.

My experience with dreams was very satisfying as my assistant was so helpful and knew her job giving lots of information about how mattresses were made and materials used she was very knowledgable and very helpful.
