Friendly knowledgeable staff

All the staff I saw in store were friendly and approachable. I was in need of a new mattress, but unsure what type was best for me. I had absolutely no clue, so had just gone in for a look really - love the Sleepmatch. Elysia dealt with me, she was helpful, and knowledgeable, and gave me enough advice and information that I felt comfortable making a purchase there and then.

Greetings by a very friendly member off staff. Very knowledge and understanding to what I came in looking for and I was pleased with over all service.

I went to the store with my elderly mother who has health problems including back pain, she has also been isolating and thus was a little anxious. The staff were very sensitive and helpful. They were patient gave us plenty of time and Elysia even looked for a lower bed for my mum to trial without prompting as she could see my mum was struggling.

Friendly staff took the time to ask me about my requirements and point me in the right direction with varying budgets. Was given time and space to try out mattresses and whilst staff checked in, they were not pushy with sale. I was offered bottle of water and made to feel welcomed. Buying process was speedy and mattress should be delivered within a week. Whole process was quick and painless.

Debbie was absolutely amazing - dreams edge lane. The bed I wanted was unfortunately sold out but she instantly found me a bed just as perfect for what I was looking for. She also found me the most comfortable mattress which was also on sale! We was approached instantly and asked if we wanted any help and her knowledge of the beds was outstanding she pointed out what is best to look at and described all the different types of beds.

As soon as I walked in John was there , very knowledgable and had time for us , he was listening to what we wanted not what he wanted to sell . We had lots of questions and were unsure but he helped us and supported us to get what we needed and wanted at the right price . Very impressed good service , we usually go to bensons but I will be back as we do need another bed .
