Your store assistant Elysia was excellent throughout, she was professional, friendly, helpful... she is an absolute asset to your company... after purchasing a bed I went back a few days later and also purchased a sofa bed... my sister then went back on my recommendation and also purchased a bed and mattress... Excellent, excellent, excellent... I cannot praise Elysia highly enough. I am very particular as to where I shop and the shop assistants and if I don't like the vibe in there I won't buy. So well done!!

Elysia was very attentive and knowledgeable. She wasn’t pushy or trying for a hard sell. We didn’t need to go away and think about it, we were able to purchase a bed there and then from the selection available which was great for us as we have limited time off work to get things done. She had a lovely way about her and her communication was just right, fab customer service.

We where welcomed into the store by Joshua, a lovely young man with perfect manners. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions confidently. He gave us enough space and time to discuss our options but was on hand when we had any questions. We ended up buying 2 mattress’s.He is a great ambassador for Dreams. Excellent customer service.
