Great freidly helpful staff,

Elysia, was very knowledgeable about the product that we purchased (mattress). Elysia was very polite, well presented and kind.

This is my 2nd purchase with Dreams I felt comfortable and relaxed not pressured at all so felt I could make decision in my own time the manager Debbie was supportive of both us and the staff member as we went back after being there the day before so she made sure we didn't need to repeat our needs. The salesmanship was seamless

We received excellent service by the sales assistant who spent time listening to our needs and helping us choose a lovely bed which suited our needs
