We entered the store just to see the bed my wife saw on the internet and we only bought it today because of the excellent service

We were satisfied the Gentalman who seen to us was very helpful,

I was given excellent service from John who had great product knowledge. He could answer all my questions. He didn't rush me into a decision nor did he push me to any particular product, he showed me what was available in a firm and extra firm mattress. Giving me time to try each one. He explained all about the structure of each mattress. I chose the one I felt was right for me and John said he thought I'd made the correct choice given the information and requirements I'd told him.

I found the staff in Dreams on edge lane to be very friendly and helpful when deciding which mattress and frame myself and my partner would fit our needs. Everything was explained to us with ease and John was very helpful in narrowing down what type of bed we would like. The use of the automated bed system that explains which mattress and pillow we need was brilliant. We tried various different bed shops but ended up coming back to Dreams as John showed us the perfect bed. Great selection of mattresses and frames to choose from. would highly recommend this store.

I had visited the store on a few occasions as I was very undecided and slightly confused about the type of bed we wanted. Each time we were given excellent advice particularly from an assistant called Elysie. She had good knowledge and answered all our questions which is why we returned and made a purchase.

We visited the edge lane store. Elysia was our assistant. We were overwhelmed by the amount of beds and didn’t have any idea what mattress we wanted. Elysia was so helpful and informative without being too pushy. She listened to our needs and what we liked and didn’t like and she found us the ideal mattress and bed for us. We were both so impressed with her and she made our experience brilliant!
