I placed my order over the phone having previously researched the item on you web site. I rang my local Dreams store as I wanted to ask a few questions before placing my order. The gentleman was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about the item I wanted to purchase. He arranged everything for me and explained , the delivery date, how the delivery would take place and also arranged to have the old item to be taken away. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and understanding. He was very kind indeed.
