Because of the store staff at St Georges (Nirali) spent quality time with us explained everything and went through each and every recommendation.

Stanley was very knowledgeable about the different products, not at all pushy, very informative and helpful and spent time to allow us to try different mattresses and discuss what was most suitable for our needs. Overall excellent experience. Having not bought a mattress for long, we found them a bit expensive.

I got what I was looking for. And I was shown many choices for choosing my mattress. I even got it for less compared to when I visited the store three weeks ago.

I was assisted by Nirali, really happy about her kindess and professionalism.

A staff called Ian at the Leicester Branch helped us right away when we asked for help as myself and my partner did not have any experience with mattresses. We used the new technology that's in place to diagnose which comfort would be best suited for us. His knowledge and expertise was brilliant and made us comfortable from the time we were their. He managed to find us a great mattress for us which we purchased to go with out new TV bed that we ordered through Dreams. The manager was very helpful to . Very good experience and would recommend.

I had booked an appointment to buy and get advice on the bed I wanted.I was offered a drink by Stanley and he is an amazing human being.professional. He was fed or even look fed up of all the questions I asked and took his time to explain everything I needed You have the most amazing staff.I went away feeling important and extremely satisfied that the bed I bought was what I wanted from years of sleeping on the wrong mattress.I’m a carer and needed to look after my back.He gave me lots of advice.He is an asset.
