I was very impressed with how the team at dreams managed social distancing. I made my purchase at the Leicester branch , which is not readily open unless by appointment due to local lockdown. I was met at the door and made to feel welcome . They made every effort to guide me to choose the best mattress for me. Using the mattress testing equipment was really useful, I have never had to buy a mattress before so the prospect of not know what I'd need was intimidating, this made it much easier for me. All round very impressed

Over the phone the assistant was able to give me the information I needed to make it easy to understand and have confidence in my purchase. I will definitely use in the future
