Making such a significant purchase, such as a bed, I was apprehensive. However, Nirali at Dreams Leicester was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and helped ease any apprehension I was feeling. Nirali could not have done more to help and guide us through our purchase. Considering the impact of Covid at the moment, the Leicester store was clean and proper distancing & hygiene measures were in place - we were very impressed. The staff in Leicester are a credit to Dreams. The overall experience was rather fun! Thank you Dreams Leicester, and particularly, Nirali.

Stanley was very welcoming and knowledgeable of all products. Hand sanitizer, offers of drinks, protection on beds and pillows. Felt very looked after and comfortable. Other staff in shop also very friendly. Highly recommend this store
