From the minute we arrived in store the staff were attentive but not pushy. The social distancing rules in store were mentioned and we were left the browse. Once we had looked around we were then ready to take the test on the mattress machine, everything was explained and from there the right products were discussed until we were happy with our decision

The social distancing instructions were very clear, hand sanitizers were positioned just inside the door and disposable gloves were also provided. We used the Sleepezze facility for finding which mattress would suit us both. Stanley the salesperson was very helpful,informative and patient as we tried a few mattresses.Protection was supplied so we could try the mattresses, also the offer of tea,coffee and water. The processessing of our order was also very efficient. A good experience.
