Because the staff were very kind and accommodating, atmosphere was calm and peaceful, also a wide range available. To top it up Steve was great with his advice and I couldn't have been served by anyone better then Nirali.

Good advice about mattresses and what the differences were.

Our assistant Stanley was great he took time with us to ensure we got the right bed for us he was polite helpful and happy in his work nothing to much trouble

Wow, when I entered the store Steve the store manager at Leicester ST.George’s store approached us within seconds, he was so friendly and helpful in every way he could possibly be. Being a large lady he made feel at ease and offered me mattresses that would be suitable for my size, I felt very comfortable around him. He was a very friendly and kind gentleman. He was a great guy.

Nothing was too much trouble we are both vulnerable under covid we were made to feel very safe. Second time we have bought a bed from Dreams came back because we were so pleased with our bed the first time.

Mainly down to Narali. She was great - friendly, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. A true asset to your business!

Quick and easy

on entering the store we were promptly greeted by Nirali, she was polite and eager to assist. we explained what we needed and she knew exactly what to do to help us. She knew what she was talking about and found me the best products for my needs. what was lovely was that there was offers and option available but she was not pushy with her sales tactics which actually meant i bought more than i intended to because i liked her and felt comfortable with her. the mattress, pillows, protector and 8 year guarantee that i purchased were incredibly priced thanks to the sale which is precisely what i needed as i have just left my job and money is tight but i had no option but to get a new mattress. I am incredibly grateful for the service received from Nirali as i was uncertain of what i specifically needed. I now know that i will be sleeping well in a week and that i am covered if anything goes wrong and for that i am very grateful.

Jerome was very helpful and patient. Despite being a sales assistant he did not push us into a purchase and let us make our own minds up.
