The staff member was extremely friendly, took the time to understand our needs and gave us plenty of choice to try. There was no hard sell and he gave us sufficient time to discuss between us privately before coming back to see if we had come to a decision. Very straightforward ordering process and very honest about delivery lead times.

Steve helped us through every step of the way from the machine to find the right mattress to finding a mattress. Offered us a drink and was very friendly

We were approached by Stanley at the St. Georges retail park store in Leicester. He was very approachable and really listened to myself and my husband needs when it came to selecting a new mattress. He asked all the right questions and then selected the most appropriate mattresses that we could try. As we went through the process he listened to our concerns and we found the perfect mattress thanks to him. On top of that he also sold us some thermapur pillows which has changed our sleep along with our new thermapur mattress, to give us the best nights sleep. Very pleased with the service given and would highly recommend.
