Great customer service. Worker showed great knowledge of products and helped us pick the correct beds according to what we were looking for.

Was not pestered by a salesman. Stanley introduced himself, then left us to it until we had questions. Was given a drink whilst we looked around (very nice touch) Originally went in for a sofa bed, ended up buying a bed and mattress as well :)

From the minute we walked in to store we was greeted by a member of staff & was given all the help & information we needed, offered refreshments & well looked after, we came out very happy as we got exactly what we wanted & it was all so simple, we couldn’t believe how quick it was for delivery, very happy to know that we would have our new bed by Christmas! Very pleased with our experience at Dreams 😊
