Dreams - Leicester St Georges

Staff are friendly and very helpful. I had an idea of what I wanted but Stanley and another female colleague (I don’t know her name) were listening to our requests. We tried the mattress machine in the store to understand what mattress we needed and then they recommended 6 mattresses to try. They patiently waited as we tried each mattress. As I was running out of time I came back the next day to place an order and it was done very quickly and efficiently.

The salesman Jerome was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Ian was very helpful, he listened to our needs and offered testing on a number of mattresses. He pointed out offers and although we spent more than our budget we feel we have excellent value for money

Staff was available quickly and welcoming had good product knowledge. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t wan5. Dealt with purchase efficiently and all in a covid safety way. Very impressed will look no further when next wanting bed or bedding

We were helped straight away with a very friendly advisor who helped us all the way through.

I came with a view of purchasing 1 bed for my son.., however, after meeting Nirali... we were extremely impressed with her..., very very helpful young lady who helped us a great deal. Nirali is a real asset to the Dreams store, Leicester team.

Made very plain, explained very well all the questions I asked

the reason why i was highly satisfied, was mr Stanley a very friendly service man, gave me the best opgtions according to my budget and price and th best deal available which didnt make me think twice, and practically showed me tips on making sure fitting is well done, making it easy for me on delivery where they would take the beds to the room of my choice, got the best deal with the right person at the right time.

Welcomed by staff member and asked if l knew what l was looking for. Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. Offered a drink whilst waiting for a computer to become free. The store was very busy.
