Dealt with promptly. Sorted type of bed suited my needs. Wasn't pushy left me to decide which bed I preferred. Made sure everything was sanitized. Offered a drink while processing my order which was when I wanted it.

Very friendly sales person who displayed a comprehensive knowledge of the products on display.

The knowledge of the staff serving me was more than first class Anil and Jerom, the patience of Anil in particular was excellent. Really felt respected as a customer - very important !!

I was assisted by Stanley who was helpful and knowledgeable. He advised me and took me through the process of ordering and recycling my stuff. I was particularly happy to be able to arrange a delivery on a date of my choice and soon. I had been warned by friends that they have had experience of a lot of upselling in Dreams (although not at this branch) so was a little concerned about going in, but although I was advised, I did not feel unduly pressured. Very happy all round and would be happy to go again

Nirali, at dreams Leicester was excellent she had great knowledge on all of the products and mattresses in the end we ended up buying three bedroom sets and a mattress. She was incredibly helpful and we will definitely be coming back to dream and recommending dream to our friends and family because of her great customer service.
