Plenty of choice. An excellent computerised bed which was able to recommend the most suitable bed for us. The assistant was knowledgable and explained clearly the different options available. Thought the COVID protocols were clear. Cleaning after we had laid on the bed.

I knew the product I wanted but wanted to physically see it before ordering so my visit was quick & efficient, the sales person was helpful and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want as he realised I was specific for what I wanted.

The assistant greeted us at the door and was very knowledgeable on the product we want you to purchase

When I arrived in the store I was greeted straight away, was informed of the about the products that dreams had to offer and where I could find them (downstairs mattresses, upstairs bed frames). I was able to look at the products at my own accord, but as soon as I required information the staff were there the to help. When it come to choosing my bed and mattress, the process was quick, I was also offered a hot drink whilst we went through the process. All the staff were friendly and polite.
