Dreams - Leicester St Georges

It was a very happy experience. The assistant gave me plenty of time to make up my mind. He was very knowledgable and obviously enjoyed his job and believed in the product he was selling. He was very courteous and friendly. There was plenty of beds to choose from. Altogether a very enjoyable experience and l came away feeling very satisfied.

Stanley was great no nosensence great help and knew what we needed

The attendant ( Steve ) greeted me on arrival and gave me the answers to my questions ,very kindly pointed the way that covid rules is managed for the safety of the customers and I was impressed that a drink was offered. Because I have been to a few stores that day and was not greeted or offered a drink. A big thank you to your team at Dreams ( Leicester ) and well done to all.

Smooth buying process, made easy by sales man Stanley.

Stanley, our assistant was very helpful but not pushy (Which I hate) nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciated the bottle of cold water as we were looking around and the coffee we had whilst completing the order. It was the 3rd shop we had visited that day and it was by far the most welcoming..well done. 👍😊

Stanley was most courteous and not pushy in his manner. He listened to our budget and requirements and showed us his recommendations without trying to force us in any particular direction. He had a good knowledge of the product. The store was airy, clean and well laid out

We visited the store at St. George’s Retail Park in Leicester. We were met by Stanley and after we’d explained our needs we were shown only the mattresses that met our needs. Stanley was very friendly and listened to our needs carefully. We were happy with his attention to us and at no point did he try to interest us in anything other than the type of mattress we required.

I received help from Stanley who is very polite and his product knowledge is excellent and Steve was very helpful also. Over all a great experience
