Jerome (in dreams at Leicester) was very helpful, very knowledgeable and gave us a great experience

I was looked after by Anil at Dreams Leicester store. He was very helpful, understood my needs and showed me all the relevant products. There was no hard sale so I was made to feel very comfortable. His product knowledge was excellent and didn't fuss over showing me a variety of items. I went away to think about everything and decided later on that day to come back and place the order. I called the store to see if Anil was still working and found Anil was soon finishing and he stayed behind for us and help us. That was excellent customer service. Thank you.

Very helpful, Anil in leicester store

We were greeted as we entered the store and taken round to view the beds we asked about. assistant was very knowlegable. keeping social distancing we were then taken to the matress assesment bed which was sanitized before we used it. We were given all the pricing and a quote which I took home to check all the measurements etc. Upon returning to the store a couple of weeks later we were again greeted by a member of staff who took us to Steve who we spoke to last time. we were offered a drink and a seat while we were putting in our order. We were also given the opportunity to check and try the matress again to make sure we were satisfied. The delivery and collection of the old bed/ matress was explained. Looking forward to receiving my bed and matress.

We popped into Dreams as a random visit. We stated what we wanted. The adviser told us we must lie on the scientific bed- amazing. She asked us what our budget was and we appreciated that as it saves embarrassment. As there was a sale on at the time, we were very pleased with our purchase.

We used the machine to match us to recommended mattresses and the colleague who helped us (I think his name was Anil) was very attentive and matched us to suitable pillows. Nothing was too much for Anil, without him being an overbearing "salesman". The store was very clean and placing an order was very smooth.
