Staff waz friendly and did everything to make me comfortable in the story , answered all my question , had a great knowledge of products in store , help me thorough out to choose the right product , will definitely go back 👍

I had a wonderful visit to the Dreams store at St George’s Retail Park. I was left alone to browse for the right amount of time before being assisted by Anil. He offered a pillow to try the mattress I purchased properly and offered my mum and I a cold bottle of water each due to the heat. The other staff were extremely pleasant and friendly and the purchasing of the mattress and delivery was made easy and understandable.

I was highly satisfied because of the assistance provided by the member of staff, Nalini. Her assistance and knowledge of the product, nothing was too much trouble attitude, warm and pleasant manner convinced us to place the order.

Being hard of hearing & a lip reader & I asked if he could remove his mask & pleased that he did as most staff refused & it would be very difficult for me to communicate. He (Jerome) was amazing & explained everything & helped me which are suitable for me. I’m very happy what I’ve bought 😁
