We had been unsure regarding what mattress to buy that would suit mine and my wife’s sleeping postures. We had been to other stores and came away not knowing what to purchase. Dreams personnel listened and demonstrated using the “sleep bed” as to the best mattress for ourselves. They also spent time going through various mattress styles and at no time pressurised us into making a purchase. We came away feeling confident that we had purchased the right mattress

It was my first time experience, shopping with Dreams, but the most joyful one. The service provided been excellent. I been shopping for my self and also for my daughter. I was looking for good quality mattress for me and good quality double size bed with mattress for my daughter. I have found what I was looking with my wife for. Also I have brought a coner sofa bed. All the time through out my journey was Nirali, with excellent costumes skills, and very good knowledge of the product in the store.

Steve was simply fantastic taking us through the process of the purchase and the options with great knowledge, humour and help. He was a thorough professional and knew his products and options inside out. He was able to assist us with the bed frame, the mattress and showed us many options available. He then continued to help with installation questions and insurance cover before moving onto assistance with the mattress protector, pillows and duvets to complete the package of goods in the order. One of the best experiences I can remember in a long time and he should be praised for it. Loved the service from start to finish. All the staff were polite, COVID safe and offered us multiple drinks. The process was made so easy including the mattress electronic analyser. Please do ensure Steve is praised accordingly. He is top class and rarely if ever do I give such feedback on a sale, so you can see how clearly he made an impact on us. We would even consider giving an interview or video on how satisfied a customer could be. It was made so pleasant for us. So may we say thankyou to DREAMS! You made us very happy and I am sure once the item is delivered we will be just as happy too. Ty
