A staff member named Mr Stanley, assissted and meet my indidivudal needs. From the moment i stepped into the store, Mr Stanley friendly approached me and discussed with me, in regards to which mattress would be a perfect match for me. I got the opportunity to try the mattress technology where i experinced different types of mattress. After trying the mattress, i finally found a mattress which was more suitable for me. I was uttely impressed with the results and would definetely recommend my family memebers and freinds to buy mattress from Dreams. Social distance was mantained in the store.

we were greeted on arrival, friendly but not over the top. Good knowledge when we asked questions. My husband was coughing & Anil offered him some water. We tried lots of bed and didnt feel rushed. We were offered a pillow to use to help which was really useful. Paper was laid out on the bed for hygiene as appropriate that was nice. I couldnt decide on the type so we used the machine that helped determine a medium bed was right for both of us. We then chose a bed and the processing was really straight forward, all details explained, the reason for the collection of mattress charged was explained which was nice to hear. Deliver that suited was arranged, cant wait for the mattress now. Not really anything else I could have asked for... I left with quite a smile. thanks Anil

The shop assistant came over to me a very short while after I walked in the store. He was very friendly and caring. He answered my questions. He tried to accommodate my needs.
