Very impressed. I was approached as soon as I entered the store and felt that I was being given excellent advice on the various options available having broadly outlined what I was looking for. Nothing pushy about the sale which I very much appreciated.

Anil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout. He suggested products specific to our needs without overwhelming us. He instantly made us feel at ease and didn't feel pressured at any point. Would highly recommend the Dreams store in Leicester, their customer service is outstanding.

The staff was kind ,welcoming, helpful, spent time with us to describe and explain about different mattresses. Helped us to find the best option.

Got on your electronic bed really good got read out did not want to spend that amount but you only get quality if you spend the money the mattress i chose was so great no other would compare silent night mattress was £200+ cheaper but was not in the same league as the one I chose I had to pay the extra the old adage you only get what you pay for it is an investment lot of time in bed it needs to be good brill ged

We were met and made welcome by Anil immediately. He clarified our requirements. Put us through the bed selection process and then directed us to suitable options. Once chosen he processed our order rapidly but kept us informed at all points of the process very good service indeed.

I visited the store to purchase 2 mattresses and had a price in mind for their purpose. I found a mattress but was only in firm, the gentlemen that helped me advised there was a single bed on the upper level that I could try which was a medium. I thought that was great service as I wanted a double and he could have just said it is only firm. He was very efficient on finding a delivery date and very patient and understanding when I kept putting my wrong pin in the machine ( that’s a different story!!). I thought the service was excellent and a highly satisfactory experience. I would definitely shop at Dreams again 😀
