Naruli met us when we arrived at the Leicester store. She showed us exactly what we were looking for. She is an excellent salesperson. I was delighted to find that the Armed Services Discount Card is honoured at your stores. I am awaiting delivery next week and expect the best from the delivery staff.

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process from start to finish was very easy. If ever I was looking to buy another bed I would definitely return to dreams.

The knowledge of the salesman, the technology he used, and the value for money

I suffer with anxiety and sleep deprivation, needless to say I was at first very reluctant to go to a store but having had a bad experience with an online mattress supplier I really had no choice, I attended dreams with my sister and upon entering the store we were greeted by Steve. Steve made me feel relaxed from the word go, he was calm polite extremely knowledgeable and had a nice sense of humour, He made us a cup of coffee and encouraged me to try the "robotic" bed, he then patiently took me to try every bed that covered my needs, I subsequently bought a mattress with a delivery of one week but steve kept reviewing the delivery slots and cut two days off this, I left the store in the best mood I have had all week.

Your salesman Stanley at every stage gave us a range of options. He had excellent product knowledge and was able to answer all our questions. He was receptive to our requirements and gave us asmuch time as we needed to makeour choices. He was also a very nice guy, and a real pleasure to deal with him. The range of products was impressive.

I needed to purchase a mattress found what I wanted, job done. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed how quick the whole process took. It was something I've been putting off doing for a while.
