Dreams - Leicester St Georges

We visited the St. George’s retail park store in Leicester where we were greeted by Anil. He was prompt to provide us with the support we required and even used the calibrated bed to show us which mattress would be best suited to our needs. After patiently looking at a few mattresses we found our ideal mattress and Anil provided great support, knowledge and expertise in order to complete the purchase. I was highly satisfied with the level of assistance provided by Anil through our visit.

It was our first time buying a bed and we felt so happy with our experience thanks to the knowledge and fantastic customer service given to us from Anil, the whole process was brilliant, we felt understood and found our perfect bed

Can’t fault the Fosse Park store, Jerome was very good and looked after our needs. Would have liked the bed the next day but know that wasn’t going to be the case. Can’t wait for it to arrive and looking forward to a good nights sleep.

Was greeted upon entering the store. Didn't have a pushy sales person over us all the time but at the same time weren't just left with no information whatsoever. The approach was correct an although we had just come into the store to browse we ended up buying a mid range product.

It was quick and easy to order both of the beds we needed

Dreams Leicester I was Highly satisfies with the experience i receives as the sales man who assisted me paid attention to my needs and helped me to make an informed decision from start to finish. All the staff in the shop were very friendly

The store staff operated within the Covid-19 government guidelines. Stanley had in depth product knowledge, he was courteous with very good customer service skills.
