My partner and I used the sleepmatch which we found to be an excellent feature, advising us what mattress to choose. The sales assistant, Jerome, then provided us with pillows (covered) and he guided us around various mattresses and options. He was really knowledgeable and helpful, and never rushed us. A great experience!

We were felt with very quickly.. offered refreshments and a chance to try the bed comparability thing.. the assistants made effort to show a variety of options and made sure we got all the offers available on the day as well as telling us to look out for on line. A very good survive didn’t feel pressured to buy in any way thank you

Nirali was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to understand my particular needs and preferences. There was a issue with the order and Nirali was proactive in contacting customer service to get this resolved. The rest of the staff were also very friendly. I am looking forward to receiving my bed and although there are many other retailers out there I found dreams to be specialist in this field and cater to a range of people and homes.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Stanley and he was very helpful in what I came in for ,I recieved good advise to what I asked and also bought a mattress that was on sale at a fabulous price thank you Stanley for sorting the order out fast .

The assistant, Nirali was exceptionally helpful. She provided the right level of assistance while still allowing us to browse without pressure. Her product knowledge was great and she offered unbiased advise which was really helpful when we made our choices and decisions. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into the purchase.

Customer service was fantastic. My needs were listened too and all my options advised clearly. The sales assistant was very patient.
