From walking into the store and being greeted, asked if we needed any assistance which we said we were just looking . Then Nirali approached us and gave us information regarding using the dreams bed so we lay on the bed after Nirali entered our names , then we were asked regarding our price range . Nirali advised us of the beds and the mattresses that were available. Nirali was attentive even though she was multi tasking with another couple in the store she kept ensuring we were alright and then she helped choose the bed and mattress for us . Then after this time Nirali was finalising a sale with the other couple she asked if we would mind waiting and offered us refreshments whilst we waited, which we were happy to accept. All of the team from the manager ( who made our tea) and the rest of the team were friendly. Nirali is a star and a credit to your company .

Steve was great, explained everything very clearly and was easy to get on with. The sleepmaster was a great bit of kit and we are confident we made the right choice thanks to Steve's help.

The service was really amazing , The adviser Stanley was friendly, engaging and informative. He knew his products and we did the mattress test . He advised all options and was so helpful and answered all our questions

The deputy manager Jerome was very very good at guiding us through the options and styles of mattresses and were given time to try many mattresses. We felt that we had made the right choice.

We visited and were.politley greeted on entrance and left to look around for a while om our own time. It was suggested to use the sleep station, which at the time we declined and just asked for time to Continue browsing we then. Later user the sleep station and then the assistant Niyah think her name was showed us the mattresses that came up after trying out we decided on a clear head we need to check measurement and outlr plans at home. As we had been there for well over an hour. We then returned a few hours later dealt with he ame assistance who was a credit to your business. Knowledgeable and polite throughout. So thanks again for your help. Yet to Recieve the item but I'm sure all will work out fine.

Ian (staff member at store) was really friendly and nice. It was so easy to just browse the store and ask him questions when we needed too. Ian made buying the bed simple and easy. He explained everything and we left the store with all pur questions/queries answered.
