Dreams - Leicester St Georges

Couldn’t fault my experience at Dreams Leicester. Jerome met me as I first walk in, talked about which mattresses I was interested in and led me to the computer bed 🛏 after that he advised me of which mattresses to try, and I’ll hopefully happy with the choice I made 🙏🏻 Also he made me a cup of tea ☕️ while I was making my decision! So all in all I couldn’t fault it.

Friendly and knowledgeable service by the assistant, which helped me make a decision quite quickly.

Great service throughout our purchase of our new bed, friendly polite and lots of knowledge on the different matrasses , and not a pusher salesman! Top guy!!

The salesman, Stanley, was extremely helpful: showed us the several options; explained how our range of needs could best be met; explained clearly and patiently; did not rush or pressure us in any way; left no information out that we needed in order to be able to make a confident purchase. I doubt we would have have bought without his advice; (in fact, we went in originally intending just for an initial browse!)

Jerome was very knowledgeable about the products that he was selling, which gave us confidence in the product that we were buying. He was very passionate to find us the product that best suited us. There was no rush or pressure into buying anything. Jerome was happy to answer as many questions as we asked and his customer service skills were second to none. He was freindly and jolly and in our opinion Jerome is a real asset to your company.

Staff member stanley at you st George store 8n leicester was extremely helpfull and explained what would be right for me without pressure so i could make my own informed decision. Very friendly whild professional. The only down side was the 4 week wait which at this current time is completely understandable.

Nirali was very good she explained everything to us about the mattress and about which one would be the best for us
