Although the service was excellent, the final price was really more than I wanted to pay

even though i made a purchase i think the prices a re too high

No delivery date at purchase time Problems with the computer

got the wrong sized mattress on the order had put down single instead of double

While the colleague was informing us about the support of the bed he said 'you are not the slimmest of women', I was very shocked at his comment. I did not bring this to his attention as I felt embarrassed also there were other customers looking at the bed next to us so didn't really want to make a scene.

We needed a mattress so I'm not going to get too excited about buying one so all I can say is I was satisfied that we got what we needed

My mattress was going to take longer than 5 working days to be deliverd.. but that's ok as we are ok to wait

I would have been highly satisfied if there had been a wider choice available. But overall I was satisfied with the customer /service on offer.

No staff available initially. Dealing with other customers.

No issue with process up to placing an order. Once order placed, colleagues attitude towards us changed and he was rude and quite dismissive. We asked questions regarding the terms and conditions and his attitude was that of ‘stop talking and let me talk’.
