I was greated on arrival, then left to peruse the store before asked if I required help. I got offered extra pillows as I sleep with more than one, but new what mattress I was ultimately looking for. Once found Kaye was a great help taking me through all the services you offer, and arranging a delivery/collection date.

From the moment myself and husband walked in the gentleman named Steve believe he was the store manager, he made us a drink , he was so under has I have severe back problems he did the sleep thing to show me what mattress was best , then told us of all the deals from start to finish we was so looked after myself and husband thank him so much ,

The assistant talked to us about the different types of beds that would suit our needs. Once we had chosen the bed he offered us a drink whilst we completed the order. He then explained that if we found the same bed cheaper at Dreams we would be refunded the difference

Went in with my partner with the Eve mattress in mind. We were quickly offered a tea / coffee by Vivek who served us. He was professional and knowledgeable throughout, helping us make informed choices on our purchases. The order process was easy, and everything was ready to collect later that afternoon.

The store was very busy and all the staff were busy with customers. Suggest you have more staff on shift at a bank holiday or stagger start times. The store manager was also serving a customer and he did keep apologising to us but the wait always seems longer than it actually is.
