Dreams - Leicester St Georges

Anil (St. Georges, Leicester) showed us suitable beds and helped find a suitable delivery date before Christmas.

Hi first time i have been here my sister went in first because i had just nipped to another shop when i got there my sister had got a cup of tea .The gentleman asked if i would like a hot beverage which i thought was lovely .Nothing was to much trouble well done Dreams .

I had done my research beforehand online so I knew exactly what I wanted; Dreams staff were able to explain the differences between their products so that I could finally make up my mind.

The options, reasons for the different products were clearly mentioned.

The young man who served us was very helpful advising us as to which mattress would best suit us. We never felt at any time that he was pushing us towards one product or another as we often feel happens with sales staff. He listened to what we said and was very attentive. He gave us all the time to try out the mattresses and left us to come to our own decision as to which to chose. He was well informed and knew his products. We found the whole experience relaxing and we do feel that this was all credit to the calm and confidencer of the very pleasant young man that looked after us.
