Assistant was courteous and friendly. Offered us drinks. Listened to us. Also used the sleepmatic machine. Then showed us the compatible mattresses and beds. No hard sell tactics. We ordered very quickly and proficiently. Highly satisfied with the whole process.

Staff was very patient explaining about there product offering drinks just treating us with the upmost respect making us feel valued.

A lovely salesman greeted me soon after arriving in the store. He asked if he could help point me in the right direction or if I’d like to look around first. It was a very relaxed way of asking for help and I appreciated not feeling pressured by a salesperson. He (Ian) was very pleasant and talkative the whole time but also gave me my space to explore. He offered me options on the mattress I wanted more within my price range and did everything he could to make sure I left happy and the experience was a good one. Very nice service all around and a pleasant store. (Also the sleep measuring machine was very cool)

The salesman Stanley was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to understand our needs and presented the products very well. The store is very clean and well laid out, and we didn’t feel pressurised to make a quick decision. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful. He checked for the suitability of my mattress by using a scan machine. The staff was polite with very good customer service.

We were served by Nirali who was highly knowledgeable about the products and extremely helpful without being pushy. She helped in choosing exactly the right product based on our needs. It is so rare to receive such excellent customer service.

We were greeted warmly when we entered the store & helped by Jerome. He guided us through the types of mattress that would best suit us. He was very courteous & knowledgeable. At no point did we feel obligated to buy or pressurised. Overall we had a very positive experience & would certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family.
